Clementine Hair Studio does not offer refunds on services. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with a service, we offer adjustments up to 7 days after the original service. Products may be exchanged in person up to 7 days after purchase.

Color and/or extension services require a credit card when booking appointments. Clients failing to provide at least 24 hours notice for a cancellation or reschedule will be charged 100% of the cost of their missed appointment.  Providing at least 24 hours notice allows us to fill that slot with another client from our always-active cancellation list, and with a last minute cancellation that is simply not possible.  Please keep in mind that our stylists work in a commission-based environment--or put more simply: no client = no money!
